Aishah was great, Such a nice person. Extremely professional and had great ideas. AC Design and Developments task was to redesign our home to accommodate our disabled son. Her design ideas and plans worked out perfectly. She had a great working relationship with the contractors involved. They also knew exactly what was needed to obtain the permits needed to get the job done, which can be more difficult than the work being done itself. Our son and the rest of our family couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend AC Design and Development for any design project you need done.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but for this I had to make an exception. I was hired by this company to install some kitchen countertops, specially by an Aishah Coleman.
Aishah was very responsive prior to installing the stone countertops but once we finished and it came time to collect payment she disappeared!!!
After numerous attempts of trying to get in touch, still no response. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AND GET PAID FOR YOUR WORK DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
AC Design was supposed to help us renovate our apartment, instead they took the entire amount we gave them for the kitchen cabinets and countertops and disappeared. Never responded to any of our lawyer letters nor the consumer protection bureau. I wonder how such a scammer can still be in business. Aisha Coleman is a fraudster.
AC Design worked on two residential projects for us. The first was a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in our Bklyn condo. We were extremely pleased with the design and contractors. It was our first time changing a kitchen and I was getting overwhelmed. Aisha provided support with selecting the granite (came with me to the quarry in NJ), managed the project to ensure timely completion, provided space saving options. When we moved into a house and wanted to renovate the extremely dated kitchen, we did not think twice about engaging AC for the project. Integrity, sensitivity to our budget, familiarity with design trends, and ability to handle architectural challenges (we wanted an open concept) AC Design delivered!
AC Design was my rock during a very challenging UWS co-op remodel. Revisions were turned around quickly for my building’s architect, and they went above and beyond in project management. The rates are extremely reasonable and I actually ended up paying extra because I believed they deserved more than the fees. AC Design also introduced me to electricians and plumbers and made great recommendations for my remodel.
