My wife found Atlcad Architectural Services online. She saw their work and decided to schedule an appointment and we were blown away with their work. After a big search we found that there is not many Modern home design builders in the Metro Atlanta area so they were the best option in town. We’ve always dreamt about having a Modern custom home and we felt that they were able to put our ideas into reality. Mr. Cortes help us with the Design part first, then we decided to move forward with them for the construction process as well. They were VERY responsive to all of our questions and helped with all the vendors that was associated with the planning/ build/ city permits. We would definitely recommend Atlcad to any one who wants to design and build their new Modern home.
I had a commercial project for a movie ride that requires special attention for electrical plan. Mr. Hollman worked for on weekend and finished it fast. His electric plans fully met my needs at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again.

I had a set of home plans that I needed modified and ATLCAD did a great job. All I had to do was show them a sketch of what I wanted to change or add, and they took it from there. I wanted to add a residential elevator for my older parents, and I also wanted to add a complete unfinished basement to a home plan that was originally a slab. I also redesigned the kitchen and leisure room. I communicated this to ATLCAD and they made it happen. Best of all, they did all of this without changing the overall style of the home. I would recommend them to anyone if you needed modifications or if you needed a new home plan.
