I recommend Anne to anyone needing a professional architect. We’ve had the pleasure of working with her on three projects this year and is a critical part of our team. She’s designed a custom DADU for us as well as serious home renovation projects. One of which was a complete home redesign of the interior (starting with four walls and a roof). Amazing stuff. Anne is an amazing! She did drawings for an attic conversion for my husband and I as we took on a full 100 year old home remodel ourselves in downtown Greenville! Her vision was perfect and she provided 2 separate layout options and captured everything we were looking for. Her delivery time was impeccable (just a few weeks) and most other architects I contacted couldn’t produce drawings for 3-6 months! She worked so well with us and even after her part was done still remained available for questions and periodically checked in on our progress. Highly recommend her!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anne Baker at at ATMO Architecture for our office upfit in downtown Greenville, SC. It was an eye-opening experience on the value of hiring an architect.

Scope of project was a large second floor addition with structural changes on our first floor. We originally choose ATMO Architecture for transparent pricing and great communication.
Other architects were not as straightforward on project objectives, milestones, and did not seem listen as well to our goals and construction budget constraints. Not so with ATMO.
We were very happy with the ideas Anne came up with and the detailed architectural renderings she provided. Several contractors we spoke with were also impressed with Anne’s work.
Finally, we were very pleased with the communication and responsiveness. We plan to use ATMO during the construction phase of the project and for all future projects.
