Berardi + Partners

I was given a referral to come to this business by a good friend. I was put in touch with a Joe Berardi. He spoke to me about my project, and said he would send me his email and never did. I called back the following Monday and he said he forgot as it was a Friday evening. And Thant was totally understandable. So he gave me his email then and I immediately sent over the information. A few days later I emailed in order to receive confirmation. He did confirm receipt of the email and explained that he would be busy the next couple days finishing up a previous project. Again very understandable, However that Was September 30th, and today is end of business October 13th! I have called several times, spoke with the receptionist many times to no avail. And this last conversation with the receptionist felt AWFUL. As she began to tell me they don’t normally work on residential. I WAS SOOOO UPSET. I Let Mr. Beradi know from the start I had a 3500-4000 sq foot home I recently lost due to a fire. I am stressed out of my mind and truly wanted to work with my friends recommendation. Ive wasted almost a month being “patient” I am not even upset. I am just sorry that reached out to the wrong company in one of the worst times in my life and counted on a professionals word to get back to me in a timely manner. Almost forgot, She told me he is out of the office for the entire week lol. What a joke! Therefor; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! All they had to do was send a simple email telling me that they could not help me if that was the case, instead they choose to listen to my call read my scope of work I promptly emailed and IGNORE ME.
