The design process of our remodel has been smooth and we are getting ready to start construction. Josh and Grace listened to our requirements and helped us to implement them in a design we are happy with and to reduce the scope of the project to fit our budget. They have been easy to communicate with and thorough in considering all aspects of the project. We like the flat fee for the design process and that it can be credited toward the build phase if that is done through Bonsai as well. We are looking forward to working with them to bring our project to completion.
We are incredibly happy with the work Bonsai did on our house remodel and addition. The design+build model is a great value add as the communication among the team was seamless throughout and enabled them to schedule the project phases efficiently. The team was responsive and communicative throughout the process from the design drawing phase (which was approved on the first submittal to the city) through construction to ensure a timely completion of the project that met both our vision and budget goals. We would highly recommend Bonsai to anyone who is looking for a design+build solution for their project.

Provided a CEU Course to this group. The group was attentative and you can tell they focus on the details. Based on the designs the team has created, and the over all feel of the staff I would definately consider BONSAI Architecture if I were building a cusotm home in the Denver area.
