Coastal Creek Design picked up where another architect left off and was able to very quickly get our project moving along. They dealt with community guidelines with no problem and made every step of the process seem effortless. They truly led us through every facet of the design process, and were always ready and able to offer alternatives and suggestions, while working within the Architectural Review Committee guidelines. Immediately after their engagement, they provided a schedule forecasting all the steps and the timeline associated with them. In one important area they were actually ahead of schedule, allowing us to combine a 2 step approval process into one. The Coastal group comes with our highest recommendation.

The team at Coastal Creek Design has truly been amazing! Unsure of our needs and end goal for a whole house renovation that included adding bedrooms and bathrooms, Joel and Lauren easily and efficiently guided us through the creative and technical process. Lauren’s architectural design aesthetic, CAD proficiency and quick response to our feedback made the experience enjoyable and productive. The live design sessions with the team sometimes included Brian, the structural engineer, which helped make quick adjustments on the spot. Joel is not only a knowledgeable architect but a great collaborator. He included our designer and builder at meetings and actually listened. We are so excited and confident to begin the renovation of our home knowing we have the full support of the team throughout the process. I would highly recommend hiring Coastal Creek Design for your home addition, renovation or new build!
Coastal Creek Design made the overwhelming task of renovating a coastal “row” style home seem easy! They were very open to our ideas, made suggestions that we never thought of, and have the the state of the art technology to show us our ideas before we make critical decisions. We were also very impressed with the guidance throughout the process (including HOA compliance and approval) and their response time is superior. We are excited to see our finished product!
