Kevin was great to work with on a new construction project.Prompt to respond to my questions along with a high quality design and 3D walk through which made for a great final project! Highly recommend him for any remodel or new construction plans.

We shared with the designer the things we wanted in our plans. Example: Open concept for kitchen, dining and living rooms. Incorporate a safe room in the pantry or closet. No laundry room. The preliminary plans didn’t include a safe room but did have a large laundry room. After the next meeting we were hit with a bill for over 2000.00. There were so many changes still needed that I could not see paying them an additional 100.00 an hour to correct the issues that had been missed by the designer.
Kevin was great to work with on our building. He listened to our needs and was able to create the vision we had for the project. His skill at making changes on the fly to reflect ideas and changes allowed us to really envision how the project would look. I highly recommend him.
Was very displeased with the results due to the drafter not listening to my desires for a set of home plans. I clearly expressed my desire to have a dining room and not to have direct access to the master bedroom from a common area. First draft had no dining room and master bedroom bed could be seen from kitchen and living room. First draft over $400.00. Second set of plans had an extremely long hallway and not satisfactory. Second set of plans over $400.00. I expressed my concern with the fact I was billed for both sets due to his neglect to listen to my requests. Was informed that the plans were still cheep. I purchased a program to design or provide a layout of what I wanted, then met with drafter to see if his program would work with mine, sent him my set of plans and informed drafter that I had an updated version of the plans I would send later when he had the ability to go through and make modifications together. A few weeks later, You guessed it, suggested modifications that my updated plans included and another bill for over $400.00. After informing drafter that he was to contact me so we could schedule a time to go through the plans together and make necessary modifications, he stated he would remove the charge and that I should find another designer. So I am out around $1000.00 for nothing.
