They did an amazing job designing and installing a wooded garden. I’m having them back to update my entrance. Four stars do to execution. Couldn’t quite understand why my water feature seemed to run out of water so quickly. When I updated it a couple years ago I learned the auto fill attached to the irrigation system had not been secured during installation and had fallen over. Speaking of irrigation, while they had extended it to the area surrounding the water feature, expanding it to include all the supplemental plants and trees should have been suggested. Since installing, to this dry summer, I have spend one day a week with “hose management”.
I absolutely love the DeYoung landscaping. The receptionist is always nice when I call in for a request, they always follow through, and if they are behind schedule they will let us know instead of sitting there waiting wondering where they are. When they start the project they stay here and finish the project not try to do multiple jobs at one time. The guys do a great job. In the end projects look real sharp and look real professional
I called over a month ago and was told I would get a call back and never did. I called again and was told not to wait around for a call back because they don’t have anyone. I said your company is year round. She said she would call another landscape company. I again stated I don’t need the work done until next summer. She said sorry and ended the call. Wow what service!!!!
Needed a hydroseed job done on my new driveway, didnt want to quote it or send anyone out. Said the job was not big enough. Please remove the “No job to small from your ad”.
Great design services with Tim Eschelbach. Very attentive to our needs and enjoyed working with Tim and the crew on our project.
