As a designer, I have worked with Kai and his team on many projects throughout the years and I have witnessed the amazing growth he and his firm have experienced. Kai is not only a fantastic architect but also an excellent human being to work with! His design processes are on point and he and his team are involved with his clients and the builder throughout the entire project – and beyond. I have attached some images of new construction projects on which Kai and I have collaborated together throughout the years. Needless to say, the homeowners were thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend Kai and his team for any project whether it be residential or commercial.
I’ve worked with Kai for many years as an architectural woodwork provider (timber trusses and complex beam systems), and have provided these products for dozens of his plans through multiple custom builders. Kai and his team are very easy to work with and incredibly responsive to all inquiries. The level of accuracy, detail, creativity and thought that go into Geschke designs are as good as you could ever hope to find in an architect. I highly recommend Kai and his team!
Kai and his team were wonderful to work with. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted and needed. We are loving our home. Kai is the best architect in the area. As we looked for a local architect, we interviewed and met with a number of different top ranked architects, including the Geschke Group. Kai was referred to us by a few different people in the industry, so we had some higher expectations. Their comments were that Kai’s designs were not just beautiful homes, but extremely well planned out. After meeting with Kai, we looked no further. He was very patient with us and was very generous with his time and expertise. We have found that he does design some truly timeless homes without sacrificing the importance of a great layout. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else for our projects and look forward to working with him again in the future.
