A cost estimate was requested from Gleason construction. I tried from 20 Dec 2019 – 14 Jan 2020. I tried twice through website e-mail where I expressed what I needed in detail and twice by phone. The last conversation I had w/ a woman that said “the guy that handles that won’t be in until next week.”
So at this point, I have been waiting 3+ weeks for an estimate. I am making international calls and staying up late to get ahold of someone during local business hours and no effort is made to facilitate my request
– Customer service is lacking
– Not responsive to website contact
– customer service leaves a lasting impression on new potential customers. I will not be using this company but feel free to make your own determination.
