Brad designed our home starting with a wish list and a view of the property we purchased. He lead us through the design process working his way with steady checkmarks behind every wish on that list. He also ensured we considered comfort, convenience, storage and age in place needs. Needless to say … we are completely satisfied!! Highly recommend if you are considering a new build or major remodel you reach out to Brad and his team.
Brad and his team did a masterful job of blending our home from 1990’s into a wonderful dream-house in 2016. There were updates, extensions, additions, a complicated plan because of various levels, and work was need on basement, main, and upper floor. Brad’s thoughtful exploration of multiple options gave us excellent choices. When our contractor sort of fell apart, Brad’s advice and market knowledge helped us save this project. Our project was outstanding, in large part, because we chose Brad and his associates; so worth the money even when builders offer to create designs too.
I have had the pleasure to work with Brad Moore & Associates on a significant and multi-faceted project in Downtown Ann Arbor and felt compelled to write a brief narrative on my experience regarding Brad and his Company. Brad has demonstrated immense competency, identifying complex issues, problem solving, efficiency, and more etc., with regards to our project in Ann Arbor. He is very experienced consultant and works his craft as a true professional. Brad is the go-to-guy you want on your team to accomplish the difficult mission at hand. Frankly, good luck without him.
