We are very happy with the exceptional work our architect, Jenni Morgenthau, did in designing our single family lake home. She began the process with an on site meeting to fully understand the challenges of our a irregular lot size and delivered a design that maximized both functionality and aesthetics. The plans were not only completed on time but also thoughtfully incorporated ADA accessibility, ensuring our home is comfortable and inclusive for all. The home is now 2/3 completed (December 2024). Her attention to detail exceeded our expectation and we wholeheartedly recommend her for any residential project.
Jenni is a delight! She designed a 2 bed / 1 bath addition for our home and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. She’s easy to work with, communicates well, delivers on time, and is super friendly. Even our contractor was impressed with her drawings. We heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a good architect.
My wife and I give our highest recommendation to Jennifer Morgenthau for the design she completed. We enlisted Jennifer to design a new addition for a lakeside house. She listened to our needs, worked with the town, developed a few optional plans and ultimately created an architectural design with supporting materials that were a perfect fit for the site and location. Her plans and vision gave us the feeling of excitement we needed to start and finish the project. She was wonderful to work with and her plans made all the difference.
Jenni is an amazing architect. She designed an in-law suite for me and guided me through the entire process. She suggested features that I never would have thought of. She worked closely with my builder on plan modifications and in the end I could not be any happier. She is very talented, personable, and simply fantastic to work with. I highly recommend her services.
I literally stumbled on to Jenni’s site and was impressed after a call…discussing my time element with blueprints for my new home. After personally meeting and showing her my drawings, she was able to execute the plans (with a few alterations) in expedient time.
