Architect Jim Norton designed a side porch that removed a window from our kitchen area and replaced it with a pedestrian-friendly entry, elegant cascading wraparound steps (to avoid the necessity of handrails), a flat roof on my standard rancher-styled home in Blossomwood. Jim made the project look less like an afterthought; we have been very pleased and use this new space everyday. Thank you very much.
Mr. Norton is masterful architect and designs awe-inspiring work. His fingerprint of design graces many structures across the Huntsville area and he is without a doubt a highly sought-after professional in the community. But above all, he has impeccable character and was an absolute joy to work with. We always left his office with a smile. He was incredibly patient with us and helped turn a bad situation into a beautiful home. We brought him a difficult project and he handled it with ease. Thank you, Jim!
