As a general contractor, I’ve worked with Jay Park on multiple residential and commercial projects. His proficiency in architecture is a true reflection of his impressive educational background, and previous employment with some of the most prestigious architectural firms in the industry. His approach to design is focused on fulfilling the functional needs of the client, while offering an aesthetic appeal unique to the structure and its surroundings.
As a contractor, I was especially pleased to work with his viable designs, and with his aptitude for construction administration, working with the contractor to address any construction issues in a timely and budget-conscious manner. Jay is also very well versed with the plan check approval process with the various local building departments.

Jay Park designed my one of a kind Japanese modern custom home in Studio City and Jay and his wife Diana worked on my coffee bar design also. Jay Park is not only creative with great experience (Jay worked with Frank Gehry (World famous Disney Concert Hall Architect)) but he is timely, detailed oriented and passionate. Jay’s wife Diana is a super talented interior designer who worked at Gensler and Westfield dealing with ultra high end designs and now she is a partner of a firm that specializes in retail space.
