The plans for our home construction project were delivered promptly and with a level of detail that went above and beyond what we expected. They made our supply list, questions for building inspectors, and subcontractor hiring and scheduling much easier to manage.
MariGrace did the architectural drafts for our home remodel in 2019.
Everything in our home was original from the 70s; our project was a total gut job. Her designs were great. beyond that, these two aspects of her work stood out for us.
1) She took good measurements and was patient when we needed changes made.
2) Using her designs with a contractor she’s not worked with before, our project was completed with budget.
And.. we’ve loved our home since.
MariGrace did the architectural drawings for our home remodel/reconstruction last year and it turned out great. She was easy to work with and was very responsive to all the changes/iterations to the plans. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get plans drawn.

I hired MGE Drafting and Designs in October 2023 for a project in Minneapolis, MN where I was converting a single family home into a duplex. This project required as-is drawings and proposed floor plans.
MariGrace’s took on this project and her work exceeded my expectations. She was professional, timely and was able to guide me through aspects of the project that I had not dealt with as a builder in MN.
I cannot say enough positive things about MGE drafting because she exceeded my expectations.
