When you sustain a devastating loss you feel so overwhelmed and out of control. We knew we needed help to rebuild but didn’t know where to start. Mr. Testa and his team are the best!! They’re experienced and super knowledgeable!! Terry is a superstar!! They helped me build a truly special and totally unique dental building in Manahawkin!! The Smile Institute. Their help along the way was invaluable! They came out for site visits during construction to make sure the GC was following the plans. Mike and Terry found a million mistakes with what the GC and subs were doing. Fortunately we were able to correct most of the issues in a timely manner. It’s hard to trust general contractors but with Mike and Terry on your side you’ll be able to sleep at night knowing the job will get done correctly!!

Mike goes way beyond professional! He makes you feel comfortable and understand the concepts. He was even able to show us conceptually what worked and what didn’t work when we had ideas. He kept us updated along in the process and never made us feel we were an inconvenience. With such short notice, he was able to accommodate us within a timely fashion. When needed, he even spoke directly with our contractor to ensure the drawings were as perfect as possible. And when adjustments were needed, it was completed! Great thanks to mike and his team for helping us create our soon to be most beautiful dream home!
