I had high expectations when I reached out and she seemed interested at first, however, as time went by I was trying to understand the phases of starting a new business. After my first meeting with her, responses became less, the communication eventually faded away really fast. The communication was lacking and I was left to ask other companies for help. My last question and concern via text message addressed to her were never answered. I reached out to her today after two weeks of not hearing from her and she had many excuses. No grudges, just our honest review. I have moved on to other companies that have helped to walk me through the process step by step and helped me with the resources I needed to gather all necessary documentations to move forward with my project…..response to your reply—I have proof that I told you that I do have a 1 acre land, the survey and site plan, you still ignored me, it was another company that helped me to get to that stage when you ignored me for two weeks after I asked you about your fees. I was the last person who contacted you about quotes and that’s the last time I heard from you, two weeks ago. You didn’t even had the courtesy to let me know you had no interest to work with my team knowing that we are new to this process. Again, other companies did what you did not do, they were helpful, knowledgeable and patient; they walked me through the entire process and gave me their quotes, I only reached out back to you because I wanted additional quotes to give to the bank. You should be embarrassed at yourself based on what you wrote, claiming that I didn’t have a land and I was asking for quotes, my team and I are new to this business, you didn’t do your due diligence to help us, each time I called you, you sent an automated response that you are busy and would call me back which you never did. I have all the proof. We got all the help we needed from Provost Construction and our realtor. I hope that you do not treat other veterans/Blacks this way again.

Jinal and her team are amazing! I am so excited, as she brought my vision to life, designing a home that meets both my wants and my budget. In addition to being so talented in her designs, she brings a very flexible approach to meet her client’s needs. Throughout the project, she has made herself available, provided quick responses, and overall made me feel like my project is a priority to her. I highly recommend OneSpace Architects!
