We engaged Josh Pettler to design our new home in Asheville. Josh took great pains and exercised great skill in designing our home, and very effectively engaged with the builders to make sure we got what we wanted and it came in on budget. We highly recommend Josh.
Josh has been our architect for over 5 years and multiple projects.
He designed a separate Homestay within our 100 year old Craftman home, achieving a practical separation while maintaining the character of both spaces; we are delighted that the homestay was just awarded Airbnb Plus designation.
He has most recently redesigned the interior of a mid-completion log cabin we purchased, giving us an age-in-place design full of customization and character. He’s adept at incorporating green building elements and optimizing all available space.
He has always been patient and professional, though I change my mind frequently. Highly recommend.
