Ron and his team completed a full rework of our front beds last fall. Throughout the process, we really appreciated Ron’s vision, communication, flexibility, and affordability.
During the initial quoting process, Ron worked in an iterative manner with us. He provided some initial ideas within 24 hours of seeing our property, then continued to tweak the designs with us over the next couple months (as we knew that we didn’t want to plant till fall but started the design process in spring). He also provided some unique design ideas beyond just planting in our existing beds, including a new front bed that addressed some patchy grass areas and boulders in the islands that tied into the stone on our home. Ron also came in as the most affordable of the quotes we received, an added bonus!
For the planting process, we were very impressed with Ron’s team. They did great work and were respectful of our property. The team did some additional mulching of a small island not included in the design so that everything looked uniform. Ron was also flexible with us when we realized that one island had a dead tree. When the scheduling with a tree removal company pushed us beyond optimal planting season, Ron suggested we move those plantings to spring. We appreciated his honesty and flexibility to send out a crew an additional time in order to ensure our plants can thrive.
We were very pleased with Ron’s and his team’s knowledge of landscaping and work ethic, and we love our new plantings!

To those who are reaching out in need of a top notch, Landscaper, Ron to us is one of the best in the area. He is very customer focused and has a very good eye for detail. To really appreciate the amazing work Ron and his team did, you would really have to see the before pics (I did include a couple of the backyard/pool area below). Ours was a very large landscaping project. Everything from trimming and mulching the front trees, completely tearing and re-designing the front flower beds (and creating a path for the mower), planting privacy arborvitaes along our fence line, putting in river rock around our pool, cleaning up all existing beds in the back yard, putting new beds for plants, trees and shrubs all the way around the retaining wall of our pool and more.

We knew this project was not for your everyday landscaping company. We were prepared to pay good money for good work. After seeing the caliber of work Richleaf Landscaping had done via pictures online, we decided to go with them.

Ron came out to the house in advance to talk about our vision and was able to use special software to help us visualize the design (using pictures of our existing yard) and any changes we discussed to ensure we were completely happy before they started. We have three dogs, so he took that into account as well when deciding on which plants to use, from a safety and “durability” standpoint. Of course, with any project like this, changes did come up and he worked with us to accommodate them.

We could not be happier with the results. Sometimes when I walk through our yard, I still can’t believe how different (in the best of ways) it looks. We are excited to watch everything grow and mature to provide us a beautiful oasis. We’re especially happy to not have to mow grass around the pool anymore!

We’ll be having them come back to help us maintain everything and keep it fresh for years to come. I highly recommend Richleaf Landscaping!
