The staff were very rude and unwelcoming, I was treated like I was not elite enough to be a client. I went with another architectural firm that seems more comfortable and welcoming. To confirm my initial impression about this firm, I happened to park in the alley between Wynkoop and Wazee, and I noticed a very visible “No Trespassing” sign to the back entrance of their office space.
