We’ve engaged with SPD on two projects now and have nothing but the best to say about Shannon and his team. With little experience in office layout and architecture, we were a bit wary going into the process. Shannon led us through a process that helped us better understand our needs, our usage and optimal layouts and then was able to use VR to give us an almost life-like experience of what the spaces would look like. I would highly recommend SPD.
SPD did a great job, treating what would be seen as a small projects by others as a big project to me. He always makes me feel like he has my interest at heart yet he performs as a team player. He understands the concerns of the contractor, design team and client and balances them all with his approach toward a solution.

Shannon has worked for me on multiple occasions. We first hired Shannon to complete a site plan and code review when we moved into a new building on a short term lease. We then hired him again when we purchased a building and completely renovated it. On our second project we had many hurdles to address with the plans and the city as out concept in the building was unique. Shannon did an amazing job planning with us, working with the city and the general contractor to make sure everything came together. His knowledge and professionalism was excellent. Would highly recommend him.
Great service and value. SPD brought my project in under budget and on schedule. The level of design and quality can’t be beat and their creativity to solve challenges during the design and construction helped my project immensely.
