Our property here is Eastport is zoned WME. We completely redid the 100yr old residence and built a 2 story(+mezzinine) maritime commercial building for my yacht interior business. Terry was very much on top of all the details necessary for our variance, critical area requirements and every step of construction. And… we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the final results… our little piece of heaven!
Terry has designed and overseen two
projects for us: a beautiful 2 car garage with a second floor one bedroom apartment and a beautiful new screened porch including seamlessly enclosing the old screen porch to create a wonderful morning room with lots of windows and details to match existing details in our house.
Terry is enormously talented with all aspects of design and architecture. He has an excellent staff of professional and talented people. He is capable of listening to you and taking your ideas and creating beautifully designed structures. He is professional, kind, honest and a thoughtful person. He is responsive, punctual and gives excellent value of superior quality. He is available to come to your site on short term notice to make any minor or not so minor adjustments, changes or suggestions. Terry is quick on his feet and his mind is sharp. He sees every detail down to the last dotted I and crossed t. His attention to detail from the beginning to the end of any project to is amazing. His designs are gorgeous. He appreciates the historical context when working in existing neighborhoods. This keeps his designs in harmony with the neighborhood.
We have recommended Terry’s services to some of our neighbors and all have agreed that he has the knowledge, experience and excellent taste to provide superior service from start to finish.
Terry and his team are amazing! Not only are they fantastic architects, they also know how to interact with people. We worked extensively with Terry and he was able to listen to both my wife and I and our, at times competing desires. Terry was able to come up with a plan that met our needs. We are so excited about our new home!
