A double thanks to Todd and Katie for two great design jobs. First, they designed my son’s spectacular Craftsman home on a 1.3 acre wooded, walk-out lot in Northvile, MI. I was the general contractor, and I heard many kudos, from the permit office to the sub-contractors, praising TKs drawings. Second, they designed our home renovation in Farmington Hills that doubled the size of our kitchen, moved a powder room, doubled our master bath and enlarged our walk-in closet.
