The overall experience with this firm was less than satisfactory and I could not recommend based on my experience. We engaged VBA for a major home remodel project. The architect was recommended to us by a local home builder. The first planning meeting with draft plans failed to incorporate most of the detailed notes taken by the owner. The lack of preparation was shocking. The firm and its stakeholders were poor communicators and not professional throughout the project. The firm failed several times to deliver final plans which was critical for timely project completion. They missed their communicated timelines numerous times and really did not seem to care. They finally did deliver plans which were satisfactory. However, all other aspects of the engagement were disappointing and detrimental to the client.
Victoria Williams of VBA Design is amazing. She can design and build anything from a birdhouse to a condo. I have seen her designs and met some her talented architects. Her company is rapidly expanding to the neighboring states. This kind of growth doesn’t happen without customer satisfaction and supplying a superior product. Congratulations Victoria on all your success and keep on growing and building those amazing buildings and birdhouses
